QUALIFY FOR UP TO $70,000 IN HOME REHABILITATION! The ESFRLP27 Program helps make your home safer, more efficient, and promotes aging-in-place!
Are You or a Loved One:
- Senior Citizen (age 62 or older)
- Disabled • Veteran
- In a household with a child under the age of six whose health may be threatened by the presence of lead hazards
- At or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Owner of a home in Buncombe County that is the primary residence
If so, you may qualify!
Program Details
- Up to $70,000 in home rehabilitation assistance
- Assistance provided as a deferred 0% interest, subordinate mortgage
- The loan is forgiven at $14,000 per year until the balance is zero
- Soft costs associated with the program will be granted to homeowners.
