Carolina Living Choices strives to make searching for your next journey as easy as possible. Simply choose your desired region by selecting the dropdown in the top right corner of the map or by searching a particular location to access in-depth details about each community, including amenities & location highlights. Designed with user convenience in mind, our interactive map helps you effortlessly find the property that matches your lifestyle.
To explore retirement and active adult communities in your preferred location, simply click the dropdown menu in the top corner of the map. From there, you can select your desired area and the map will update to show relevant communities. This makes it easy to find the perfect spot that suits your lifestyle (refer to graphic below).

On the map, blue icons represent retirement communities, which typically offer age-restricted living with a range of services and amenities for retirees. Green icons indicate active adult communities, designed for those 55+ who want a vibrant, maintenance-free lifestyle with activities and social opportunities. Use these icons to easily distinguish between the two types of communities as you explore the map. (refer to graphic below).
