How often, as baby boomers, have we been reminded to heed this advice from 19th-Century philosopher George Santayana: “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Last week, BoomerCafé co-founder and executive editor Greg Dobbs was mindful of it once again, as the U.S. looked like it was on the brink of another war in the Middle East.
